Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Gravir Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned by Cory Myres ("King of America," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kingofamericastudio.com (the "Site"), sign up for our email list, buy products, back a campaign, book a service, or contact us. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Email signup. When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address.
  • Purchases. When you buy physical or digital products, our payment processor collects your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details. We receive your order details, contact and shipping information, and limited payment information, such as card type and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Campaign backing. When you pledge, pre-order, place a deposit, or make a Give Now contribution, our payment processor collects your payment details, billing address, and contact information. For an all-or-nothing pledge, your card is saved with our payment processor so it can be charged only if the campaign is funded. We receive your name, email, chosen reward tier, and amount. For rewards that ship, we collect your shipping address at checkout or by email after the campaign is funded.
  • Backer recognition. If your reward tier includes public recognition, such as a backers' wall, we display the name you give us for that purpose. You can ask us to use initials or "Anonymous," or to remove it.
  • Services. When you book a paid session, consultation, course, or other service, we receive your name, email, the service and time you choose, and any information you share about your questions or business.
  • Contact form. Messages to us come through our contact form, not email. When you send one, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and device data. When you visit, your browser sends us and our providers your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes this data to deliver the Site, protect it from attacks and abuse, and keep short-term logs. Your IP address is also used to estimate your general location, such as city or country, for analytics. We do not use it to identify you personally.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics does not log or store your full IP address; it uses it only to estimate location.
  • Third-party content. Product images may load from our fulfillment partners' image servers. Videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set YouTube cookies until you play a video. When your browser loads this content, the provider receives your IP address and standard browser information.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers.

2. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Site and our providers use these:

  • Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) distinguish visitors and sessions so we can measure traffic. They last up to two years unless you delete them. We use Google Analytics only to understand and improve the Site. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use Google's advertising features.
  • Subscriber cookie. When you sign up for our mailing list on the Site or the blog, the Site may store a small first-party cookie recording that you have subscribed, so we do not keep showing you the signup form. It contains no payment information and is not used for advertising or shared with anyone.
  • Security cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to detect bots and protect the Site.
  • Payment and scheduling cookies. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud. Our scheduling provider may use cookies to run booking.
  • Video cookies. YouTube may set cookies after you play an embedded video.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices.

  • Opt out of Google Analytics in any browser by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Browser settings let you block or delete cookies, including blocking third-party cookies. Blocking all cookies may stop checkout or booking from working.
  • Private browsing and content blockers also limit analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • process and deliver orders, digital products, pledges, pre-orders, deposits, rewards, and services, and send receipts, confirmations, and campaign updates;
  • charge saved cards for pledges when a campaign is funded, and issue refunds;
  • send our mailing-list emails to people who signed up;
  • answer messages and provide customer support;
  • understand how the Site is used and improve it;
  • run, secure, and protect the Site and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
  • keep business, tax, and accounting records; and
  • comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who work for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and storing form submissions), Resend (delivering form messages to us and sending our emails), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), print-on-demand and fulfillment partners such as Printify and its print partners (making and shipping products), our scheduling provider, and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies allow.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers, if Gravir Holdings LLC or one of its ventures is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction, including your name on a backers' wall.

5. Email

If you sign up, we will send you occasional emails about our products, campaigns, blog, and services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests promptly. You can also ask to be removed through our contact form. We may still send you messages about orders, pledges, deposits, or bookings you have made.

6. How long we keep information

  • Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we may keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we do not email you again.
  • Orders, pledges, pre-orders, deposits, and bookings: as long as needed to fulfill them and handle refunds or disputes, then as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years.
  • Contact-form messages: as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for no more than 14 months.
  • Security logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

7. How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payments are handled on Stripe's secure checkout, so card numbers never touch our systems. We limit access to personal information to those who need it. No website or online service is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 to make a purchase, back a campaign, or book a service. Some products may be designed for children, but they are meant to be bought by adults. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, let us know through our contact form and we will delete it.

9. Your choices and rights

You may:

  • unsubscribe from our emails at any time;
  • opt out of Google Analytics as described in section 2;
  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information; and
  • ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons or to complete a transaction.

To make a request, use the contact form on our Contact page and choose "Privacy request." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

State privacy laws. Because of our size and how we handle data, comprehensive state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act do not currently require us to provide additional rights. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling. If those laws come to apply to us, we will update this policy and honor the rights they provide.

10. Visitors outside the United States

We operate the Site from Texas, and we ship only to U.S. addresses. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where the laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to or embeds services we do not control, such as payment, scheduling, and video platforms. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice on the Site or by email.

13. Contact us

Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to Gravir Holdings LLC through the contact form on our Contact page.
